I'm being sent an email with appointments outside of my availability - why is this?

Sometimes, a customer will book an appointment and the pros it is sent to are not able to accept it. When this happens, the booking comes through to the office for us to find a pro to confirm the booking.  We will email out the booking to all pros who offer that skill (e.g. Aromatherapy Massage) as a pro might be able to confirm the booking even if they’re not set as available, or the pro might be able to take the booking even though it’s not in the areas set on their profile.

You do not need to reply to these emails if you are not available.
