What should I do if I am running late?

We want our customers to return to us! More appointments mean more work for our Pros. To create a fantastic working environment for our Pros and a 5* experience for our customers, we have a set of rules and procedures.

If you are running late to an appointment with a customer, you need to contact the customer and the HQ team from your app. If you are over 15 minutes late to the booking you will be charged in line with our T&Cs.

If you are over 20 mins late the customer will be entitled to cancel the booking for a full refund and you will not be paid.
