What happens if I need to cancel?

Once you accept a booking you should only cancel if absolutely necessary. Pros can cancel in the pro app up to 48 hours before the appointment start time, this will be free of charge. If you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment start time you will be charged according to our T&Cs, and you will need to contact the Customer Delight team on 020 7197 2477 to cancel the booking. 

 

Please note, we operate a 30 minute 'cool off' cancellation period for bookings which start within 48 hours.  This means if you accept by mistake you can cancel a short notice booking free of charge for 30 minutes after you have accepted the booking.  Once the 30 minutes has elapsed, the standard cancellation policy will apply and you will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours of the booking start time.
