Your Quality Score is the calculated average of all the ratings you have ever received whilst working on the platform.
When you complete a booking - your customer will be asked via text, email and in the app to rate and review the service they received.
We always recommend asking your customer to rate you after the end of the service. The more ratings you receive - the closer you get to becoming an Elite professional, which means bonuses and you'll earn more commission per booking. The customer will also get the option to tip you on the rating screen - so more ratings leads to more tips!
