If my customer needs to upgrade their service (add a toner for example), what should I do?

If you arrive at a customer booking and they need to upgrade their service (e.g. add a gel removal, upgrade their blow dry to long and thick hair) - you can do this via your Pro App.

If you are unable to do this during the booking - please let us know as soon as you leave the booking and we can confirm the upgrade or add on with the customer. Please note, we always have to check any add ons or upgrades with the customer before adding these on - so the quicker you can get in touch with us, the better. 

If your customer has been advised to add a toner to their service within their consultation, do not worry if this is not within the booking on your Pro App - the Customer Service team will be working towards adding this in.
