If the customer is happy to shower this off themselves or stick their head over the bath then advise them to do so. However if the customer suffers with back problems or is not willing to, you should offer to wash it for them (ideally over the bath using the shower head). We do know that some Pros have portable or inflatable basins so do take this along with you if so!
