I am feeling unwell and showing symptoms of COVID-19, can I cancel my appointment?

In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, we will waive cancellation fees if you cancel a booking less than 48 hours ahead of the start time due to symptoms of COVID-19. 

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call our Customer Service team on 020 197 2477 and the team will be able to assist you.

We ask that you follow the Hygiene Protocol which includes taking your temperature regularly and logging your data into the COVID-19 Symptom Tracker App daily. This will advise you on the steps to take if you do develop symptoms of COVID-19 such as self isolating. 

If you are informed that you need to self isolate for 14 days, you are required to inform us immediately. We will suspend your account for 14 days and get in touch with you on day 15 with a view to reopen.
