I am feeling unwell and showing symptoms of COVID-19, can I cancel my appointment?

If you are showing any signs or symptoms of Covid-19 you should follow the steps below to keep both yourself, other pros and customers safe.

Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to alert them if you test positive for Covid-19 and need to cancel an appointment less than 48 hours before the start time, they will then work with your customer to see if they can re-arrange the booking. If your booking is in more than 48 hours you can cancel in the app. 

 

As per the NHS website, the main symptoms of COVID-19 are:

- A high temperature 
- A new, continuous cough 
- A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste

Most people with coronavirus have at least 1 of these symptoms

If you are showing any of those symptoms the NHS currently advise that you should:

1. You should follow the NHS procedure for symptoms of Covid-19 by booking a PCR test. You can find a link to this here. 

2. If you receive a positive test result then you should follow NHS advice and stay at home for up to 10 days. 

How do I report my symptoms to the blow LTD team?  

1. Report your symptoms to our customer service team as soon as possible via email: customerservice@blowltd.com. Our team will then advise you of the next steps. 

2. You should follow the NHS procedure for symptoms of Covid-19 by booking a PCR test. You can find a link to this here. 

3. If you receive a negative test result, fantastic you can continue with your upcoming bookings!

4. If you receive a positive test result then you should follow NHS advice and stay at home for up to 10 days.
