I'm at a booking and need assistance

I'm running late to my booking

After clicking the 'walking man' on your Pro App home screen, call your customer by clicking the “call customer button”. Check your journey ahead of time and plan your route accordingly to avoid any lateness charges.

I can't find parking near the address

It is your responsibility to research parking and location ahead of your bookings. If your customer has added parking advice - this can be viewed by clicking into the booking from your Upcoming bookings tab. We recommend Parkopedia and Just Park

I can't find my customers address

You can view your customers full address on the Pro App via the Upcoming bookings tab by clicking into the booking. You can also contact you customer directly via your Pro App after clicking the 'walking man'. We advise googling the street name or post code if you are lost.

My customer isn't answering their front door

We ask you to wait 20 minutes before leaving. Take a photograph of the customer's house, street, screenshots of your outgoing calls to the customer. Please send these across to us at pro@blowltd.com as evidence that you did indeed attend the booking.

My customer wants to add an add-on to their service

Click the ‘Contact HQ button’ in your Pro App whilst you are with your customer. You can select an option and this will notify our customer service team who will then add this to the booking.
