What happens if I need to amend (change) my booking time or date?

You are not permitted to amend the date or time of a booking once you have accepted it.

If you are unable to attend a confirmed booking for the requested time and it is outside of our 48 hour cancellation policy then you can cancel this booking in the Pro App.

If the booking is due to go ahead within 48 hours you must still attend at the original time of the booking. If you absolutely cannot attend the booking, you will be charged the full RRP of the booking. (For example, if you cancel a Massage booking in London you will be charged the current RRP of £65.)
