What is the Honest Hemp CBD Massage service?

• Our Honest Hemp CBD Massage service uses only Honest Hemp CBD Massage Oil and no other products. 
• The service is designed to promote wellbeing. The Honest Hemp Massage oil has anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects, as well as relaxing aromas of ylang-ylang, frankincense, lavender, and chamomile.

Is the Honest Hemp CBD Massage different to a usual CBD Massage service?

• Yes, it's a little different! 
• All products used in a Honest Hemp CBD Massage booking must be Honest Hemp. 
• The Honest Hemp CBD Oil that you must use for a clean service, is the same as the Honest Hemp Massage Oil that you are likely already using.
• If you are using any other branded oils in your kit you must not take these into a Honest Hemp CBD Massage booking. 

Is the Honest Hemp CBD Massage Oil Vegan?

• All Honest Hemp CBD topicals used in service are 100% vegan and cruelty free.
• Their skin care products are infused only with pure CBD, essential oils, plant oils & plant extracts. 

If a customer has questions about the Clean Honest Hemp products I am using what should I do?

• Share as much knowledge about the Honest Hemp CBD Massage Oil as you can.
• If your customer would like more thorough product details and you are unsure of the answer just let the customer know - “I’m afraid I don’t have the full product details with me today and I want to make sure I give you the correct answer to your question. So I am just going to give the blow LTD team a quick call to check”. Give the customer service team a call any time and they will be able to help.

What is the in-app consultation for a clean service?

• The in-app consultation questions you will be asking are different. This is to reassure the customer that you are using clean products in their clean service.
• E.g. You must read aloud “I will be your therapist for the Honest Hemp CBD Massage service you have booked today”.
