Our spray tans, in partnership with Sienna-X, are:

Paraben free
Cruelty free & vegan friendly - they do not contain animal derived ingredients (where the animal has been killed or harmed)
… but some ingredients have animalic sources, such as lanolin and beeswax, therefore would not be suitable for use by all vegans!

What is the Sienna-X Spray Tan service?

Our Sienna-X Spray Tan service uses only Sienna-X spray tan solutions and other Sienna-X products.
This is a cruelty free and paraben free formula used to give the perfect finish.

Is the Sienna-X Spray Tan different to a usual Spray Tan service?

Yes, it's a little different!
All products used in a Sienna-X Spray Tan booking must be Sienna-X.
The Sienna-X Solutions that you must use for a clean service, are the same as the Sienna-X Solutions that you are already using.
If you are using any other brands in your kit, such as Fake Bake or Vita Liberata you must not take these into a Sienna-X Spray Tan booking.

Does the Sienna-X Clean Spray Tan last as long as the normal one?

Yes, of course!
The fact that the formula is clean does not change the performance of the product.
It is designed to last up to 7 days, as with all Sienna-X services.

Is the Sienna-X Spray Tan Vegan?

Their range is vegan friendly according to both vegan standards for cosmetics and the Vegan Society - i.e. they do not contain animal derived ingredients (where the animal has been killed, harmed or consumed).
However some ingredients do have animalic sources, such as lanolin and beeswax, therefore would not be suitable for use by all vegans.

If a customer has questions about the Clean Sienna-X products I am using what should I do?

Share as much knowledge about the Sienna-X spray tan products as you can.
If your customer would like more thorough product details and you are unsure of the answer just let the customer know - “I’m afraid I don’t have the full product details with me today and I want to make sure I give you the correct answer to your question. So I am just going to give the blow LTD team a quick call to check”. Give the customer service team a call any time and they will be able to help.

What is the in-app consultation for a clean service?

The in-app consultation questions you will be asking are different. This is to reassure the customer that you are using clean products in their clean service.
E.g. You must read aloud “I will be your therapist for the Sienna-X Spray Tan service you have booked today”.
